Our solution

We scheduled the work in two phases to keep the lot partially accessible. Phase one focused on the worst sections, completed during evening and weekend hours. The process

Day one began with milling the existing surface to remove the damaged asphalt and expose the base. We inspected the subgrade, made repairs where needed, and prepared the foundation. Days two through five involved laying new asphalt in multiple lifts, compacting each layer to specification. We used a quality mix rated for heavy commercial traffic and applied a seal coat on day fourteen to protect the new surface.
